The theme for P.L.A.N 2014 was "The Fusion of the Fundamental Five"- The Panch Tattva - Approach to Leadership with a strong focus on a new concept called "Adaptive Leadership" for school principals.
Authority, power and influence are critical tools but they do not define true leadership. Leaders need P.L.A.Ns but they also need the freedom to deviate from the P.L.A.N as new discoveries emerge, as conditions change and a more evolved form of learners arrive in the classrooms! These changes therefore require leadership roles to be re-defined and re-invented.
P.L.A.N 2014 witnessed the presence of more than 182 schools across the state of Maharashtra.
